Now, to honour this commitment to each other, Armin Strom and Sincere Fine Watches have come together to unveil its third SHH Edition, the Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition – a series of 8 pieces inspired by the “Resonance Zeitgeist” piece unique from 2021.
When the Resonance Zeitgeist was unveiled in 2021, it presented Armin Strom’s groundbreaking and singular resonance watch in a totally radical manner. Minimalist, raw and truly like nothing else out there, the Zeitgeist was made to highlight the unique architecture of Armin Strom’s Resonance movement in an intriguing way. For the Armin Strom Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition, the objective was to maintain the conceptual aesthetic of the original Zeitgeist. Yet, this SHH Edition allows for even more transparency, highlighting Armin Strom’s high standards of finishing and attention to detail more prominently on the dial.
On this latest collaboration, Armin Strom founder Serge Michel had the following to say, “We’re so happy to be able to create such an exceptional series for our dear partner in Singapore. The Armin Strom Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition features an in-house movement crafted in German Silver – a material that has a unique warm hue and will develop a light patina over time.
Transparent, structured, reflecting warm, golden hues and finished to the highest standards. The Armin Strom Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition features an in-house movement crafted in German Silver – just like the original Zeitgeist. Taking a page from the golden era of marine chronometry in the 18th and early 19th centuries, German Silver is a special alloy with a unique warm hue that will develop a light patina over time. For this SHH Edition, Armin Strom sought to make the movement even more visible, by using transparent sapphire crystal for both the offset hours and minutes dial, as well as the twin flyback second indications.
The Armin Strom Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition features transparent sapphire crystals for both the offset hours and minutes dial, as well as twin flyback second indications – to ensure that the extremely high level of hand-finishing on the timepiece is on full display.
While the unique piece Zeitgeist in 2021 was intentionally raw in its execution, the SHH Edition is somewhat the opposite – a masterclass in hand-finishing and decoration, with expertly applied hand-polished bevels, perlage, circular & straight graining, and Genèva stripes. The most outstanding element is the three-dimensional center bridge, which is crafted in steel and embellished by an entirely black polished surface. The case back is engraved “1 of 8”.
The perfect finishing touch to complement the warm tones of the German Silver movement, the Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition is fitted on a gold-grey Alcantara strap with white stitching.

By harnessing the physical phenomenon of resonance, this enables more regular timekeeping achieved through the synchronization of two balance wheels that oscillate in opposite directions simultaneously. The Resonance Clutch Spring is designed to be the quickest & most reliable in the market – meaning that the Armin Strom Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist SHH Edition is faster at synchronization than any other watch that uses resonance, and also remains in a resonant state for the longest duration as well.
Thanks to the Resonance Clutch Spring, a flexible suspension connecting the two hairsprings with its balance wheels, all of Armin Strom’s Resonance watches are more resistant to shocks or vibrations than standard mechanical movements. Precision and consistency are, of course, the ultimate goals of mechanical watchmaking and resonance plays a crucial role in helping these amazing watches keep time consistently over days, weeks and months.
