"Angelus has always been a reference in the mechanical chronograph world. In 1942, the Manufacture launched a rather complex and unusual watch, the Chronodate. This was a watch that combined a bi-compax chronograph with a pointer date indication and has since become a famous piece in the brand’s history. Today, Angelus has brought back the spirit of this renowned Chronodate with a completely revamped, 'neo-retro' design."

Brand History

Founded in 1891 by the Stolz brothers with the establishment of a watchmaking Manufacture in Le Locle, Switzerland, over the past century Angelus has forged a fine reputation for creating exceptional chronograph and multi-complication wristwatches, emerging as one of the most influential Swiss brand of the 20th century.

Angelus designs and manufactures all its collections in its Swiss facilities of La Chaux-de-Fonds.
