The Tonda PF Minute Rattrapante Arctic Rose opens a contemplative dialogue with time, its pale rose dial shifting gently with the light as its finely textured surface reveals depth and movement through Parmigiani Fleurier’s signature Grain d’Orge guilloché. Rooted in the Maison’s philosophy of time chosen rather than imposed, the Arctic Rose edition offers an interpretation of romance that is assured, composed, and deeply personal.
Parmigiani Fleurier reinterprets the Tonda PF Minute Rattrapante with an Arctic Rose dial, a hue that shifts between pale rose and crystalline tones. Historically a colour of masculine refinement, this shade returns to modern watchmaking — reviving an 18th-century tradition where rose tones embodied elegance and distinction, long before the gendered associations that emerged in the twentieth century.
The dial pairs an hour hand with two superimposed minute hands: the rhodium-plated hand indicates real time, while the rose gold hand measures minutes on demand in one or five-minute increments via the pushers at 10 and 8 o’clock, with the crown resetting the display.
The Grain d’Orge guilloché adds depth and movement, complemented by a hand-knurled platinum bezel and an integrated case and bracelet. On the reverse, the ultra-slim PF052 calibre houses the world’s first Minute Rattrapante function, complete with Côtes de Genève, perlage, bevelling, and a 22-carat rose gold microrotor.
